I Need your Help!

I have some ideas that I want to see enacted by Congress ( I hope you will agree ), and I need the help of the voters and residents of the 12^th Congressional District of Michigan. I want to propose changes which will stop the ACLU and activist Federal Judges from attacking Christians and imposing Secular Humanism as a national religion. I also want to stop the massive outsourcing of jobs, and see the Social Security System saved for current recipients and future generations. The Social Security and outsourcing issues need a national debate, during a Presidential campaign, so that a presidential candidate can be elected with a national mandate to push the changes needed through Congress. The legislation needed to curb the abuses of activist judges, only requires a majority vote in both houses of Congress and can be done as soon as someone is elected who will introduce the appropriate legislation.

The U.S. House of Representatives is known as the peoples house, and is sufficiently responsive to the voters, that my resolution, to strip appellate jurisdiction from the Federal Courts on specific issues, can be passed in the House. My election as a third party candidate will send a very powerful message, to Congress, telling them that the people of this country want this legislation enacted.

Passage of this legislation in the Senate will be more of a problem as the Senators serve for 6 years and are not as responsive to voters as members of the house. This potential problem in the Senate is somewhat off set at present, because the U.S. Supreme Court effectively gave back of it's hand to Congress, when it decided the Gitmo case ( Hamdin v. Rumsfeld). While the Senate is staffed with 100 of the largest egos ever assembled in one place on the face of this planet, it takes the powers bestowed on it by the U.S. Constitution very seriously. The Senate is very protective of it's powers and duties, and will be willing to show the Supreme Court that Congress is in fact a co-equal branch of government. Now is the time to have the issue, of stripping appellate jurisdiction considered.

I urge you to research the issues so you will know that what I propose is allowed by the Constitution. Please vote for me in November, so that we can address this ongoing violation of the U.S. Constitution by the ACLU and activist Federal Judges.

I need you, the voter, to get the information out to your fellow voters. I am not asking for money, even though I do not have the money to spend on advertising for my campaign. I need you to research these issues and discuss them with your pastor, church congregation and any social groups you attend. I am including links to printer friendly copies of an article on the checks and balances in our Constitution, a draft copy of my proposed language, and a copy of my campaign flier. If you will copy and distribute this information to your neighbors and neighborhood. I will be most appreciative. I will keep a file of the email address of those who help in my campaign ( please send me your email address, comments, and information on the number and locations of fliers distributed ). If I am elected, I will provide a private email address so that I can be contacted, by those who helped me get elected. Washington lobbyists spend a lot of money to get access to our Congressmen. My view is that I should be answerable to you the voters who help me get elected.

In addition to printing up the items listed above, you can pull up the copies and save them in a location you can find on your computer ( your documents folder ). The articles can then be attached to emails you send to people you know who want to see the ACLU attacks on Christians stopped. Please send the emails with a message, explaining to your friends that they really should read the article, on the checks and balances, because this is something which can be done and should be done. The message should also request that your friends send the message to everyone that they know, who would vote for someone who wants to stop the ACLU attacks, and that the message should be forwarded. There are other candidates for the Constitution Party or a state affiliate who can enter this language into the legislative process if they are elected.

If the voters in this country do not start electing someone other than the current crop of buffoons inside the beltway, nothing will change.

If you do not vote because you are discusted with both major parties, please vote for the Taxpayers Party. If you are not registered, please register and vote for the Taxpayers Party.

For those of you who want to know if they are in the 12^th Congressional District. The Congressional District includes the south half of Macomb County and the south east corner of Oakland County. Cities in Macomb County are Center Line, Clinton Township, Eastpointe, Fraser, Lake Township, Mount Clemens, Roseville, St. Claire Shores, the Southern part of Sterling Heights, and Warren. Cities in Oakland County are Ferndale, Hazel Park, Huntington Woods, Lathrup Village, Madison Heights, Oak Park, Pleasant Ridge, the southern part of Royal Oak, Royal Oak Township and Southfield.
